Position OverviewForcepoint seeks a curious, detail-oriented, and technically proficient Legal Operations Analyst to join our Legal Department. This is a hybrid, strategic role that bridges legal and compliance functions and workstreams with modern automation and AI governance. The successful candidate will support global legal and compliance initiatives throughout the company to streamline and enhance operational efficiency and regulatory adherence.
Primary Responsibilities
Legal Operational Process and Program Automation, Implementation, and Administration
- Leverage available technologies, including Claude, Harvey, and Microsoft Power Automate, Power Apps, and SharePoint, to help implement, administer, and optimize legal operational programs and automated workflows that enhance governance processes, improve efficiency, and maintain compliance with regulatory requirements (e.g., trade, data protection, and AI governance)
- Support the integration and management of automated and AI-assisted tools, systems, and processes to enhance internal legal operations
General Legal Team Support
- Collaborate with internal business teams, including IT, Information Security, Procurement, and Revenue Operations to identify opportunities for enhanced legal support
- Manage and partner in the evolution of legal and compliance policies, procedures, and training materials
- Support legal and business teams with compliance related questionnaires, regulatory inquiries, and commercial contracts
Qualifications & Experience
Required Qualifications:
- Familiarity with process automation, workflow design, or business process improvement
- Strong technical, analytical, written, and communication skills
- Familiarity with MS 365 (including SharePoint, Power Automate, and Power Apps) and generative AI capabilities (including Claude and Harvey)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with existing and emerging regulatory frameworks and regulations, including data protection and AI governance
- Experience with Salesforce, data management systems, and other compliance tools
- Familiarity with common commercial contracts, including NDAs, SOWs, and Order Forms
