THE WORK:
Reviewing legal documentation in various EMEA languages (Italian, French, Dutch etc) ) according to our client's guidelines and policies, ensuring adherence to agreed timelines and quality standards.
Review legal documents meticulously within set timelines while maintaining high quality standards.
Provide constructive suggestions to enhance team processes and efficiency.
Stay updated with policy and process changes by reviewing materials and participating in training sessions provided by Quality team members.
Collaborate with departments such as Policy, Quality, and Operations to participate in improvement programs and activities as required.
Exhibit strong analytical skills and a robust legal background, including experience with legal translations

HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (C1) and French (C1)
Proven attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
Strong analytical skills
Ability to perform duties objectively, be bias free in regard to personal beliefs, acting objectively according to client policies
Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills
Sound coping, emotional resilience, and stress-management skills

Previous business process outsourcing, customer service, or content moderation experience is a plus
