JOB DESCRIPTION
This position is for the timeframe of May 2026 through August 2026 and is intended for the successful candidate to design, carry-out, and complete an internal contract review project. Specifically, the role will involve reviewing existing corporate contracts to identify, categorize, and document critical contract provisions. To be effective, an individual must be able to perform the following duties successfully:
- Participate in legal research and contract analysis.
- Prepare reports for Deputy General Counsel, General Counsel, and Chief Risk Officer, regarding research and present reports to stakeholders.
- Make recommendations to stakeholders based on the results of research.
- Participate in Legal Team meetings.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.

Education
This internship is intended for a law student currently attending an ABA accredited law school that has completed one or two years of law school, at the start of the internship.

Fluent knowledge in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Word, and Excel).
Managerial Responsibility
Has no supervisory/managerial responsibilities
Language Skills
Must have the ability to read, understand and carry out instructions in written and oral form.
