Dialectic, a crypto-native organization of builders and capital advisors, is seeking an AI-native Legal Intern candidate to join the team on a full-time basis in Zug. Dialectic acts as an advisor to multiple liquid crypto funds specializing in DeFi yield strategies, as well as venture activity focused on crypto/blockchain technologies. Additionally, Dialectic stewards 1OF1, a prominent digital art collection.

Job Summary:
The Legal Intern will provide key support to Dialectic’s Legal Counsel in managing corporate legal affairs and complex contracts. This role is ideal for a candidate seeking to develop a foundational understanding of the legal complexities within the cryptocurrency and Decentralized Finance (DeFi) ecosystems. The intern will assist with legal research, documentation, the administrative aspects of corporate actions and complex agreements, as well as drafting agreements.

Furthermore, the candidate should have an entrepreneurial spirit, the ability to work autonomously, and a willingness to take responsibility for achieving the desired results.
Key Responsibilities:

• AI/LLM Build Out: Continuously identify opportunities to use AI/LLM tools to streamline workflows, automate repeatable tasks, and increase the productivity of the company’s legal team.
• Contract Support: Assist in drafting, reviewing, and organizing a wide range of legal agreements and corporate documentation.
• Corporate Actions Documentation: Help prepare documentation for corporate actions, including capital increases, share issuances, equity grants, share transfers, and other matters.
• Legal Research: Conduct research on corporate governance, internal structuring, general corporate law matters, and regulations in the traditional and crypto-related entities.
• Regulatory Monitoring: Monitor and summarize legal developments in the crypto/blockchain/DeFi sector, focusing on emerging legal frameworks and best practices related to contract drafting and corporate structuring.
• Process Improvement: Assist in implementing internal legal templates, processes, and AI tools to enhance efficiency and consistency in contract and corporate matters.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Support the legal team in working with internal teams (including product, finance, and operations).

Key Requirements:

• AI-native: deep, daily fluency with modern AI tools (Claude code, agents, copilots, automation tools) as a default part of how you research, write, organize, and execute work.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and methodical, with the ability to juggle multiple workstreams and prioritize effectively.
• Currently pursuing a Law degree (Master of Law) or recently graduated from a relevant legal program.
• Demonstrated strong academic interest in corporate law and complex contracts.
• Foundational knowledge of or keen interest in the crypto industry, blockchain technology, and Decentralized Finance (DeFi).
• Strong analytical, communication, and prioritization skills.
• Integrity, humility, intellectual curiosity, honesty, and direct communication are essential.
• Ability to work both independently on assigned tasks and as a contributor to wider team projects.
• Capacity to handle multiple tasks simultaneously with a “no job too big or too small attitude.”

Nice-to-haves:

• Prior academic or practical experience related to the crypto sector.
• Familiarity with cross-border corporate transactions or novel legal constructs like DAO legal structures.
