Taboola’s Legal Team is looking for a motivated law student to support it in a wide array of legal issues. In this hands-on role, you'll assist with the preparation, review, and filing of global contracts, perform legal research and other daily tasks, and gain general knowledge of what in-house legal work in a global tech company entails.
To thrive in this role, you’ll need:- 2nd or 3rd-year law student.
- Excellent English – written and spoken – a must.
- Availability for at least 2 workdays per week.
- Strong academic background in contracts and corporate law.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Interest in tech, advertising, or privacy law.
- Support the contract workflow for service providers and vendor agreements.
- Review signed contracts for various internal legal issues.
- Assist with processes and documentation to ensure compliance with internal processes.
- Assist legal team in revising and updating our international contract templates.
- Conduct legal research and support general legal tasks as needed.
