The Legal Intern will be a part of the Legal department in our Waltham, MA office, reporting to the Associate General Counsel. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in the preparation of due diligence materials for pending real estate transactions and pending lawsuits. We offer a flexible work environment, with the option to work from home up to two days a week for all staff.

- Assist in the preparation of due diligence materials for pending real estate transactions.
- Help finalize complete legal file consolidation
- Attend/observe various internal negotiations, meetings & discussions.
- Help review various contracts.
- Participate in ad hoc projects as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Working knowledge of MS Word and Excel.
- Attention to detail, flexibility, and ability to manage multiple competing priorities while meeting expected deadlines.
- Strong analytical capabilities and problem-solving skills.
- Highly motivated and energetic.
- Strong work ethic and tenacity.
- Must be able to commit to 40 hours per week. Internship starts on June 2nd and runs for 10 weeks.
Education Requirement
- Pursuing a bachelor’s degree with an interest in Legal Studies
