Veracode is seeking Legal intern to join our 12-week Summer Internship Program.
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Legal Intern to join our team. As a Legal Intern, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of legal practice while contributing to meaningful projects and initiatives within our organization.
Key Aspects of the Role:
- Conduct legal research on various topics, including case law, statutes, and regulations.
- Assist in-house counsel with review of commercial agreements.
- Provide support to the legal team in review of existing policies and procedures.
- Help maintain and organize legal databases and SharePoint.
- Provide general administrative support to the legal team, including photocopying, scanning, and filing documents.
Requirements:
- Pre-Law program preferred.
- Actively enrolled in an accredited law school with an anticipated graduation date between December 2025-May 2027.
- Must be able to work a 40-hour work week (Monday-Friday) between June 3, 2025 - August 22, 2025 and reside in a commutable distance to Burlington, MA.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship now or in the future.
