Some of the duties you may be doing:
• Review and scan old contracts and support materials into software contract management system
• Perform administrative and support functions as directly related to contract management
• Conduct legal research
• Compile, analyze, and communicate findings of above research
• Assist with drafting and reviewing contracts
• Learns department and corporate policies, procedures, and plans
• Complete special projects and requests in a timely and positive fashion
• Other tasks as assigned
Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree with a Law degree in progress
• GPA: 3.0 or higher; Please attach your most recent unofficial transcript to your application materials
• Computer skills required (Excel, Word, Internet Explorer, Windows).
• Strong organizational, prioritization skills and attention to detail
• Proven communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to maintain the strictest confidentiality
• The ability to research and analyze various different types of data or information.
• Able to project a friendly and professional demeanor
