We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Legal Intern to support our in house legal and contracting function in a fast-growing B2B SaaS environment. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of commercial contracts, an eye for detail, and interest in technology, SaaS agreements, and regulatory/compliance frameworks.
Please Note: This an internship for 06 Months extendable up to 12 months at the discretion of the Company
What will you do:
Support in reviewing legal documents, agreements, and commercial contracts.
Review and analyze third-party vendor papers, customer agreements, and standard terms.
Assist in reviewing Statements of Work (SOWs), Order Forms, MSAs, NDAs, and related legal documents.
Conduct legal research on contract terms, risk assessment, and compliance requirements.
Provide redlines and recommended changes for contract terms.
Support legal team in revising SaaS subscription terms, liability clauses, data privacy terms, and termination clauses.
Maintain and update legal documentation, templates, and contract repository.
What are we looking for?
Must Have:
Currently pursuing a Law degree and in the 4th or final year of the 5 years law program or 2nd or final year of the 3 years law program (LLB/BA LLB/BBA LLB)
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently, handle multiple tasks, and meet timelines.
Attention to detail and analytical thinking is a must.
Good to Have:
Exposure to drafting and interpreting contracts. Preference will be given to candidates with a prior experience in handling SaaS / Technology / IT service related contracts
