The Legal Head will lead corporate actions, provide strategic legal advice, draft agreements, manage legal issues, ensure compliance, and represent the company legally.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s
degree in Law (Master’s Degree is a plus)
- Minimum 10–15 years of legal experience, with strong exposure to corporate,
commercial, and land matters
- Proven
experience in the property/developer industry is highly preferred
- Strong
understanding of land acquisition processes, licensing, and land
regulations in Indonesia
- Excellent
legal analytical skills with strong business acumen
- Experienced
in contract negotiation and dispute resolution
- Strong
leadership and communication skills
- Willing
for placement in West Java
