Ericsson is growing! We are now looking for Legal Graduate in Pakistan to start in May 2026
We are looking for a graduate who has the following:
• Bachelor's Degree in Law (LL.B) from a recognized institution • Graduated in 2024 or 2025 • Successfully passed Law GAT, conducted by Higher Education Commission • Enrolled as an Advocate with a Provincial Bar Council (e.g., Punjab Bar Council) • Completed mandatory advocacy training (pupilage) under a licensed senior advocate • Maximum 1 year of work experience after completion of advocacy training • Fluent in written and spoken English
As part of this program you will work with legal counsel colleagues and will
• Assist with or under guidance draw up and/or comment on multitude contracts, as required by internal clients in connection with their respective business• Assist legal counsel to draft and review agreements and other legal documents such as power of attorneys, notifications, letters to be sent to authorities• Assist with any legal related/ administration activities, including research and seeking legal opinions• Assist with document handling and supervision (board resolutions, power of attorneys, contracts,)• Assist with coordinating external law firms, organizing the data gathered from relevant departments related to litigation cases, preparation of litigation reports.• Assist with and under guidance handle entity governance and issues related to entities.
Knowledge, skills, and competencies in Related Areas
• Understanding of Law, Contract Law, Corporate Governance, legal systems and international contractual principles and fundamentals of dispute resolution before the courts.• Good Communication skills• Problem Solving Ability• Creative Thinking• Good planning organizing skills• Teamwork & collaboration skills• Presentation skills (oral and written)• Proficiency in Microsoft office
