We are looking for a Legal counsel, who is passionate about technology and wants to play a key role in shaping a sustainable future.
Responsibilities
- Responsible to support day – to day legal tasks, which arise from company’s business activities.
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts with customers, vendors, and partners to protect the company's interests.
- Providing full support to compliance efforts with industry standards, transportation regulations, and data privacy laws.
- Identifying and assessing potential legal risks.
- Ensuring data handling practices comply with applicable data protection laws; act as a DPO.
- Preparing corporate documents and providing legal advice.
- Support all employment law matters, including policy development and employee relations.
- Participate in Due Diligence analysis.
Requirements
- Have at least 5 years of professional experience working as a lawyer in a law firm or as an in-house counsel.
- Work experience in the field of corporate law.
- Have a solid understanding of labor law provisions and principles, the GDPR, and the Civil law; demonstrate a thorough knowledge of relevant legal systems and the ability to navigate complex legal situations.
- Excellent written and verbal English skills to effectively communicate with various stakeholders and group companies.
- Possess excellent communication and collaboration skills, be able to work in a team, and manage time effectively.
- Be a proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented professional.

Eldrive is a leading charging stations operator with one of the largest EV charging networks in the SEE region. Eldrive has a total of over 1500 charging points in Bulgaria, Romania and Lithuania and provides solutions to EV drivers, electrified corporate fleets, as well as location owners. Eldrive is developing a public charging stations network in main cities, highways, and country roads in Bulgaria, Romania and Lithuania. The company started operations in Bulgaria in 2015 and is the leading charging stations operator in the country with the largest public network and full national coverage. Our smart platform connects and manages all key players in the electric vehicle ecosystem and provides services for the entire value chain. As of today, Eldrive operates more than 1500 charging points on three EU markets and over 850 of them are fast chargers.
