- Contract Negotiation: Draft, review, analyze, and negotiate contracts and vendor agreements both domestically and internationally.
- Dispute Resolution: Handle commercial disputes and coordinate with outside counsel in litigation matters.
- Legal Advisory: Serve as the point of contact for legal questions within the firm, providing guidance on corporate matters, insurance, labor and employment, and intellectual property.
- Mergers and Acquisitions: Support merger and acquisition activities, including negotiation, due diligence, contract drafting, and integration processes.
- Policy Compliance: Provide support for firm licensing and corporate matters, ensuring adherence to risk management and contracting policies, and facilitating their implementation across the organization.
- A Juris Doctorate is required.
- A minimum of two years of relevant experience is required.
- Must be admitted to the bar in the United States.
- Proven experience in drafting and negotiating contracts is essential.
- Preferred experience in the architectural, engineering, or construction industry.
- Experience in software and licensing is advantageous.
- Exceptional skills in writing, research, communication, negotiation, and organization are crucial.
- Ability to work independently and make sound judgments in a fast-paced environment is a must.
