- Draft, review and revise relevant contracts or and provide legal advice on issues arising from the functions team.
- Preparing legal documents related to supply chain for Company's business operation.
- Issuing legal suggestions or opinions on the legal compliance in accordance with relevant Indonesia laws and regulations
- Reviewing and revising the contracts with the vendors to meet the specific requirement needs
- Providing legal support for obtaining the relevant permits, licenses and other matters required for business needs.
- Providing legal advice related to functional needs matters.
- Managing agreement and contracts.
- Coordinating discussion for finalizing agreement with all related function
