What you’ll doResearch complex legal questions in international jurisdictions and a dynamic area of global finance
Draft advice with a focus on solutions
Lead major legal projects across the Group
Partner with the Compliance and Executive teams in managing relationships with regulatory authorities relevant to the Group
Proactively collaborate in cross-functional project teams and provide regulatory guidance
Strong academics - undergraduate law degree with a passion for law and its application in business
At least 1 year of experience in financial regulatory laws, preferably in a fintech setting
Excellent ability to use your legal knowledge to advise the business in meeting its objectives and navigating the regulatory environment
Be a self-starter with a strong drive to deliver complete end results with unwavering attention to detail
Hands-on, curious approach to stay ahead of the ever-changing legal landscape
International experience (work or studies)
Knowledge of MiFID II
