Job Description
- Preparation, review, and negotiation of contracts and supervision over the record-keeping of contracts and corporate documents of the Company

Providing legal support, particularly in the areas of civil law and copyright law

Preparation of responses to legal inquiries from clients and individual departments of the Company
-
Drafting and verification of formal documents
-
Participation in the creation of corporate standards within the Company and implementation of best practices
-
Active involvement in developing legal solutions regarding the sale of Autenti services in Poland or other European Union countries

Leading corporate matters, such as agreements between foreign entities and intra-group relations
-
Reviewing contracts and participation in negotiations with corporate and enterprise sectors
Qualifications
- Attorney-at-law
-
Minimum 6 years of experience as an in-house lawyer;

Experience working with B2B contracts

Familiarity with GDPR and contract review skills

Very good knowledge of polish law, especially corporate and civil law

Interest in new technologies

Ability to successfully manage several projects with simultaneous deadlines

Manage workload prioritisation effectively

Ability to learn quickly

Analytical thinking skills

Fluent in both Polish and English (C1 level is a must-have)
