Skills Required
- Law degree or equivalent
- Legal professional qualification (bar/qualified lawyer)
- Fluent written and spoken English
- Familiarity with banking, especially financial derivatives, structured products, and ISDA
- At least five years' experience in a bank or law firm supporting banking/derivatives
- Ability to independently draft and produce legal documentation
- Good professional conduct and integrity with no adverse regulatory record
- Proactive, adaptable, and able to work collaboratively in a team
