Legal Counsel - Revenue and Marketing Attorney

We’re seeking a Revenue and Marketing Lawyer to join our Legal Team, an energetic, solutions-driven group that navigates diverse legal challenges across multiple jurisdictions. Based in Barcelona, you’ll work closely with teams across the globe, providing legal support primarily to our Revenue Operations, Local Sales, and Marketing teams. You’ll also play a key role in coordinating sweepstakes, contests, and promotional campaigns, ensuring legal compliance at every step. This role is ideal for a 3–4 year qualified attorney who is eager to sharpen their commercial, marketing, and regulatory skills in a fast-paced environment.

• Support Revenue Operations and Local Sales teams on day-to-day contractual needs, ensuring compliance with internal policies and applicable regulations.
• Coordinate with Customer Support teams (including bilingual professionals) on contract-related inquiries, escalations, and resolutions.
• Collaborate on dispute resolution matters involving non-litigation escalations, offering practical, solutions-oriented counsel.

Marketing, Sweepstakes & Contests:

• Provide end-to-end legal support for the planning, execution, and fulfillment of sweepstakes, contests, and promotional marketing campaigns across multiple jurisdictions.
• Collaborate with the Marketing team to ensure promotional materials, campaign rules, and advertising content meet applicable regulations.

 Global Pespective & Efficiency: 

• Work with legal colleagues and external counsels worldwide to maintain a consistent global approach to contracts, policies, and guidelines.
• Support and improve our legal playbooks, templates, and policy resources, focusing on operational efficiency.

• 3-4 years of post-qualification legal experience, preferably with in-house exposure to commercial, marketing and advertising matters.
• Law degree (JD or international equivalent). 
• Proven ability to draft and negotiate sales and marketing agreements; experience with sweepstakes, contests, or promotional agreements is highly valued.
• Business-oriented approach to problem-solving and ability to convey complex legal concepts to non-lawyers effectively.
• Excellent organizational, time-management, and communication skills, with a track record of meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Team player ready to collaborate across Revenue, Marketing, Operations, and Customer Support teams—even across different time zones.
• Fluency in English and Spanish is required; other language skills are a strong plus.

• Active bar membership is a plus. 
• Familiarity with US law is a plus.

WORK MODEL:

This role is Together@TKWW-eligible and based near one of our office hubs. You’ll be expected to work in the office two days a week as part of our hybrid work model.
