Legal Counsel (m/w/x)

As our Legal Counsel, you will play a pivotal role in legally safeguarding our rapid growth in the e-commerce sector. You will serve as the primary point of contact for the management team and actively shape the company’s overall legal strategy and frameworks.

This position is available on both a part-time and full-time basis.

Responsibilities:

• Drafting and reviewing contracts and legal documents, as well as conducting legal research, primarily in the areas of pharmaceuticals, marketing, and data protection
• Conducting legal reviews of marketing campaigns and new product concepts
• Developing strategies to mitigate legal risks across all business areas and preparing relevant briefings for senior management
• Establishing efficient legal processes and frameworks
• Collaborating with external advisors, regulatory authorities, nonprofit organizations, and industry associations

Requirements:

• A completed law degree or a comparable legal qualification in Germany, ideally with a focus on pharmaceutical law, advertising law, and data protection
• Strong experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts, as well as providing legal guidance to companies in the pharmaceutical or broader healthcare sector
• Confident and professional interaction with authorities, regulators, and external advisors, paired with excellent communication and negotiation skills
• An independent, structured working style and the ability to present complex legal issues in a clear, concise, and accessible manner
