Job Description
Provides legal services and counsel to Agilent entities, managers and employees to resolve or prevent problems or disputes and to protect Agilent assets, technology and design freedom.
Represents Agilent in litigation and audits, before government agencies and in negotiations.
Coordinates legal matters handled by outside counsel.
Responsibilities include involvement in general corporate matters, corporate organization, securities compliance, drafting transaction documents, license agreements, employment law, immigration law, regulatory matters, risk management, patents, trademarks, copyrights, trade secrets and other intellectual property matters.
Qualifications
LLB or JD degree or equivalent.
Post-graduate, certification, and/or license may be required.
Typically, at least 10+ years relevant experience for entry to this level.
