Latest News: Türkiye İş Bankası has invested 50 million US dollars in GetirFinance. This investment has enabled Türkiye İş Bankası to participate in supporting the banking services of GetirFinance and, simultaneously, to own a 20% stake in GetirFinance through its venture capital fund, of which it is the main investor. With this investment, GetirFinance is set to reach a valuation of 250 million US dollars even before commencing its operations.
What You’ll Do:
- Working closely with relevant business teams providing consultancy to ensure legal and regulatory compliance in delivery of fast-moving fintech services.
- Supporting compliance, risk management and litigation initiatives as may be required.
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts with vendors, including but not limited to NDAs, Procurement and Supply Contracts, Software/IP Licensing Contracts.
- Effectively and timely managing the whole contract process from initial request through execution both manually and through contract management system.
- Assisting in the development, implementation, and maintenance of personal data protection processes.
- Drafting responses to requests of judicial or other official bodies including but not limited to courts, enforcement offices.
What You’ll Bring:
- Being licensed to work as a lawyer in Türkiye is required.
- Must have 3-5 years of working experience.
- Experience in fintech law, banking law, and personal data protection law would be desirable.
- Experience in-house is useful but not essential.
- Fluency in English is required.
