WHAT YOU'LL BE WORKING ON
- Draft, review, and negotiate different types of contracts (service, white label, licensing, partnership, customer agreements)
- Ensure regulatory compliance for fintech products and services, identify and mitigate legal risks
- Advise on Cyprus law (IP Box, corporate, labor & employment)
- Maintain legal documentation and records
- Conduct legal research, provide consultations on fintech regulations and trends
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE
- 2+ years’ experience as a lawyer, preferably in fintech or IT company
- Strong knowledge of Cyprus law, including contract and commercial laws, labor and employment laws
- Experience with Cyprus IP Box regime
- Excellent contract drafting, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Collaborative, detail-oriented, and proactive approach
- Familiarity with international fintech and financial services regulations (EU, UK)
- Fluent in English; Russian is a plus
