Our agents act on computers for our customers, clicking through software and filling in fields, so our contracts have to answer some awkward questions. Who owns what an agent produces? Who answers when an output turns out to be wrong? Can customer data train our models? Our terms already take a position on all three, and they're public: read our general terms of service and our data processing agreement, both in French, under French law, and last updated in June 2026. This job is drafting and negotiating contracts like these, and keeping them current as the product and the law move.
H builds computer-use agents for enterprises, from Paris. In July 2026 we launched Computer-use Agents, fully managed agents that take actions on computers.
What you ownOur business teams bring in the deals. You'd write the paper behind them and lead the negotiation. When AI regulation or data protection law changes, you'd help work out what our contracts need to say now. You'd report to Julie Martinez, our General Counsel, who is also the data protection officer named in our DPA.
What you'd be doingDrafting and advising on a wide range of contracts, AI service agreements among them, with customers, partners and suppliers.
Working through the other side's mark-up. Our general terms cap our liability on paid services at the higher of €100 or the previous 12 months' fees, for example. When a customer's lawyers push on it, you'd work out where we hold. Then you'd make the argument.
Turning new products and new AI law into contract changes and negotiation guidance. What we ship includes open-weight models: Holo3-35B-A3B is on Hugging Face under Apache 2.0, fine-tuned from Qwen3.5-35B-A3B.
Answering engineers and business teams on how to deploy AI within the rules. Customers can see on our Trust Center that we hold ISO 27001:2022, SOC 2 Type 1 and SOC 2 Type 2, and which subprocessors we use.
When needed, questions outside contracts: employment, corporate or competition law.
Julie Martinez, our General Counsel, is hiring for this role. You'd join our Legal team and work closely with engineers and business teams.
What we think it takesLikely a good fit if you
Hold a master's in law and are admitted to the bar.
Have a minimum of 3 to 5 years of relevant legal experience.
Know data protection law well (GDPR and the rules around it), along with IP, contract law and liability, and regulatory compliance.
Have worked somewhere that was growing fast.
Can explain a legal position plainly to an engineer. Work well on your own and adapt when plans change. An international outlook matters here too.
Stronger still if you built that experience negotiating contracts at a tech or AI company.
You do not need to have worked at an AI company before. If you match most of this but not all of it, apply anyway.
How we hireThree conversations. First a 30 minute call with our Talent team, then 30 minutes with Julie, and last a conversation with a member of our leadership team.
