Legal Counsel (Associate Manager Level for Supply Chain/ Operations)

Job Description
Main Purposes of the Job:
Legal Counsel will be responsible for managing contracts and documents related to Supply Chain/ Operations functions between the Company and suppliers to comply with Kraft Heinz policies and being legal counsel for all legal matters with the External Stakeholders
Job Requirements:

• Minimum bachelor's degree
• At least 5 years' experience (preferable both in Law Firm and Company)
• Experienced in Legal Support for Operations Manufacturing business
• Good understanding of Manufacturing business process
• The ability to work with a wide variety of departments and cross-functional teams and collaborate and influence business and legal stakeholders

Detail Job Responsibilities:

• Preparing legal documents related to supply chain for Company's business operation.
• Draft, review and revise relevant contracts or and provide legal advice on issues arising from the functions team.
• Issuing legal suggestions or opinions on the legal compliance in accordance with relevant Indonesia laws and regulations
• Reviewing and revising the contracts with the vendors to meet the specific requirement needs
• Providing legal support for obtaining the relevant permits, licenses and other matters required for business needs.
• Providing legal advice related to functional needs matters.
• Managing agreement and contracts.
• Coordinating discussion for finalizing agreement with all related functions
