GBG Legal Team

The GBG Legal Team plays a vital role in the success GBG’s global identity data intelligence business.

We’ve been recognised for the contribution we make and for our initiatives to streamline processes and to provide commercial legal support to this fast paced and innovative organisation.
Paralegal

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Paralegal to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with other members of the GBG Legal Team to provide advice and support services to the business across a wide range of commercial, financial and contractual matters globally. The role will involve direct exposure and interaction with key stakeholders across the business on a range of business-critical matters.

Your responsibilities shall include, but not be limited to:

• Assisting in drafting, reviewing and amending a variety of commercial contracts, including non-disclosure agreements, novation agreements, letters of variation, and customer contracts, under supervision.
• Working with the privacy team to provide advice on data protection and compliance matters, particularly under the UK GDPR and other global privacy frameworks.
• Where necessary, support in drafting and updating standard contract terms and variations to standard contracts and agreements.
• Providing general legal advice and guidance to sales teams and GBG stakeholders globally.
• Organising legal training for sales teams.
• Prioritising workloads and communicating with commercial colleagues.
• Conducting legal research on relevant areas such as commercial, corporate, data protection and regulatory matters.

• A Paralegal with experience of commercial and supplier contracts. You should be familiar with English Law and have worked/practiced in the UK.
• Excellent drafting, communication and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• A proactive, collaborative and commercially minded approach with a keenness to learn.
• A commitment to achieving high levels of customer satisfaction and supporting the aims and objectives of the legal department.
