Why this role mattersYou will provide legal support across a wide range of business-to-business (B2B), payment, digital marketing, partnership, crypto, finance, loyalty, and affiliate-related matters, among others. Your work will focus on reviewing, drafting, and advising on legal documentation to support the Group’s commercial initiatives, operational needs, and strategic partnerships in a practical and business-oriented manner.
You will be supporting dynamic business functions such as:
- Business-to-Business (B2B) and trading;
- Payments;
- Finance;
- Marketing and PR;
- Partnerships;
- External events;
- Client/Partner Loyalty Product;
- Crypto
Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of legal documents including:
- Trading agreements/Liquidity Provision Agreements;
- Introducing Broker and market data agreements;
- Digital Affiliate and Partnership Agreements;
- Insertion Orders, Media Buying Agreements, Influencer Agreements, Marketing/Affiliate Agency Agreements, Freelance Service Agreements and any other agreement of similar nature;
- Agreements with Payment Service Providers (PSPs), EMI providers, and banks;
- Intercompany agreements relating to services under the division's scope;
- Contracts related to external events, sponsorships, summits, and expos;
- Client and intercompany agreements/arrangements for crypto-related entities.
Legal Advisory and Cross-Functional Support
- Ensure all contracts/agreements align with internal procedures.
- Provide clear, actionable legal advice to cross-functional teams, including B2B, Trading, Marketing, Payments, Finance, Partnerships, Events, Crypto, Product and others.
- Coordinate with external legal counsel where needed for specialized input or jurisdiction-specific guidance.
Maintain accurate contract records and support continuous improvement of contract templates and procedures
Stay informed of legal developments relevant to the division’s scope, including updates in local advertising/marketing laws, commercial contract law, data protection, crypto and payment regulations.
Who we’re looking for- University degree in Law (LLB and/or LLM)
- Minimum 3 years of legal experience, preferably in a commercial, fintech, or cross-border environment
- Solid understanding of commercial contracts and online business operations
- Experience drafting or reviewing B2B, payment, or digital/affiliate marketing agreements
- Ability to assess legal risks and offer business-aligned solutions
- Demonstrates strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively and meet deadlines.
- Possesses excellent attention to detail and strong stakeholder management skills, ensuring accuracy and effective communication across teams.
- A collaborative team player with the ability to adapt and perform efficiently in a fast-paced working environment.
- Fluent in English, both verbal and written.
