Our 24‑month Legal & Compliance Trainee Program offers you an inspiring, structured, and truly hands‑on entry into the world of in‑house legal and compliance work. This is your chance to dive deep into a highly regulated, international environment where your ideas matter and your development is at the center.
During the program, you will rotate through several key areas of our global Legal & Compliance organization — gaining broad insights, expanding your expertise, and contributing to meaningful projects that support our mission of pioneering access to medicines.
Your rotation may include:
Corporate Legal – get to know the legal backbone of a global organization
Ethics & Compliance – help shape a culture of integrity, accountability and ethical conduct
Privacy & Data Ethics – work on one of the fastest growing and most impactful legal disciplines like data privacy, AI, and data governance
Legal & Compliance Technical Operations – experience the operational heart of a pharmaceutical leader
From your first day, you will collaborate with experienced professionals, take part in international initiatives, and gradually grow into your responsibilities.

Your Responsibilities – What You’ll Be Part Of
Support the day‑to‑day activities of our Legal & Compliance teams across various domains
Conduct legal, regulatory, and compliance research and transform insights into clear summaries and presentations
Assist in drafting, reviewing, and organizing contracts, guidelines, policies, reports, and training materials
Participate in cross‑functional and international projects that drive real business impact
Bring your ideas to the table and help us continuously improve processes
Engage actively in trainings, mentoring formats, and networking opportunities tailored to your growth
Optional: join a short‑term international assignment to broaden your global perspective
What You Bring – Your Foundation to Grow
A completed law degree or a comparable Master’s degree (e.g. Legal Studies, Compliance, Business Law)
Ideally first practical experience through internships or student roles
Strong interest in in‑house legal work, compliance, data privacy, and regulated industries
Analytical mindset, structured working style, and strong research skills
Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus
Ability to work effectively in an international and multicultural environment
High ethical standards, integrity, and a proactive, hands‑on attitude
Willingness to undertake short‑term international assignments
