Requirements
Skills Required
- Bachelor's Degree in Law (LLB) or a related field
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in legal and compliance roles
- Solid knowledge of corporate, commercial, and contract law
- Good understanding of Malaysian regulatory requirements
- Hands-on experience reviewing, negotiating, and preparing commercial contracts and legal agreements
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Proficiency in English, written and verbal
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with internal and external stakeholders
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to manage competing priorities with minimal supervision
