Legal Associate

Job Overview:

As a Legal Associate, you will provide hands-on legal support on a range of corporate, commercial, and compliance matters. Building on your foundational experience, you will play a key role in drafting and negotiating contracts, advising on regulatory compliance, and protecting the company’s intellectual property. You will also support dispute resolution, conduct legal risk assessments, and contribute to the company’s internal governance framework. This role demands precision, proactivity, and sound legal judgment to ensure business goals align with legal and regulatory obligations.

Job Responsibilities:

• Draft and review corporate, commercial, and technology agreements with precision, ensuring legal soundness while advancing CureMD’s strategic business objectives.

• Conduct detailed research on emerging legislation and complex legal and regulatory issues; evaluate risks and present findings and recommendations to senior legal management.

• Strengthen CureMD’s intellectual property position, managing documentation, filings, and enforcement support to safeguard innovation and maintain a competitive edge.

• Assist in executing legal risk assessments and support dispute management, driving proactive mitigation strategies, accountability, and operational resilience.

• Liaise with internal departments, regulatory authorities, and external legal counsel to ensure effective communication and resolution of legal matters.

Qualifications:

• L.L.B with 3+ years of experience in a corporate or transactional legal role.

• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.

• Track record of drafting, reviewing, and revising agreements coupled with outstanding communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational ability.

• Willingness to work during U.S. business hours (4:00 PM to 1:00 AM PKST).
