WE ARE HIRING:
Legal Assistant
✅ Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree in Law.
* Knowledge of corporate law, intellectual property (copyright, trademarks, and related procedures), regulatory compliance, and contracts.
* 1 to 2 years of experience in corporate legal areas, law firms, or legal departments.
* Experience in IP processes such as registration of artistic works, trademarks, rights reservation, licensing documentation, or follow-up with intellectual property authorities.
* Experience in contract review, document management, or legal administrative support.
* Intermediate–advanced English (for document review and communication with clients or international partners).
🎯 Activities
* Draft, review, and update service agreements, NDAs, influencer/talent contracts, and vendor agreements.
* Track signatures, expirations, renewals, and document safekeeping.
* Organize and maintain the digital and physical legal archive.
* Prepare legal reports, databases, and internal control documentation.
* Coordinate the collection of documents with other areas (Finance, HR, Accounts, Production, etc.).
* Support data protection processes and compliance with internal policies.
* Ensure campaigns, activations, and collaborations comply with applicable regulations.
*Provide basic legal support to account and project teams.
* Manage communications with external law firms when needed.
* Coordinate registration processes, follow-ups, or clarifications with authorities or corresponding entities.
* Maintain control of permits, licenses, or authorizations required for campaigns.
* Support Intellectual Property–related activities, including: preparation and submission of trademark or copyright applications, follow-up on rights reservation, review of licensing or assignment documents, and managing inquiries before IP authorities.
