Job Responsibilities:

Soporte a la administración del cumplimiento del sistema de gestión de calidad, tales como los procedimientos e instrucciones de calidad, verificación de la correcta liberación de línea y revisión del proceso de partes plásticas pintadas desde inspección recibo hasta clientes internos.

  • Revisar que se lleven a cabo adecuadamente los procedimientos e instrucciones de trabajo de calidad en área de pintura. Llenado y control adecuado de registros. Soporte en la elaboración de Alertas de calidad cuando el ingeniero
  • Organizar y apoyar al personal responsable de la liberación, medición y prueba; e inspección del producto.
  • Revisar que se estén llevando a cabo correctamente las auditorías de liberación al producto y al proceso, de acuerdo a instrucción de trabajo y formatos pertinentes.
  • Apoyo en la toma las decisiones necesarias para evitar que un problema potencial afecte tanto internamente a MMSM como al cliente externo. Como acciones de contingencia, paro de línea, detención de material para su verificación, aplicación de RIC’s al personal operativo además de acciones correctivas y preventivas cuando estas sean requeridas.
  • Monitorear y dar seguimiento a los hallazgos de auditorías 5S`s a las áreas aplicables al departamento de calidad.
  • Soporte en eventos o Corridas de Muestras/PPAP así como  la retención y mediciones de  las mismas  cuando sean solicitadas por el Ingeniero de Calidad.

Skills Required

  • Support administration of the quality management system, including procedures and work instructions
  • Verify correct line release and review processes for painted plastic parts from receiving inspection to internal customers
  • Ensure proper execution of paint-area quality procedures and accurate filling/control of records
  • Support preparation and issuance of quality alerts as directed by the Quality Engineer
  • Organize and support personnel responsible for release, measurement, testing and inspection of product
  • Conduct and verify product and process release audits per work instructions and relevant formats
  • Support containment and corrective/preventive actions (line stop, material hold, RIC application) to prevent customer impact
  • Monitor and follow up on 5S audit findings applicable to the quality department
  • Support PPAP/sample runs and the retention and measurement of samples when requested by the Quality Engineer
