An established regional law firm serving businesses and individuals across the Mid-Atlantic is seeking a Legal Assistant to join their team in Camp Hill, PA. This fully on-site role is ideal for an experienced legal support professional who is highly organized, comfortable with technology, and ready to take ownership of both traditional legal assistant responsibilities and client-facing coordination projects.
What You'll Do as the Legal Assistant:
- Provide day-to-day administrative and legal support to attorneys and the broader team.
- Prepare, edit, format, and organize legal documents, correspondence, PDFs, and presentations.
- Assist with electronic court filings and help maintain accurate case and client records.
- Manage and update the firm's Mailchimp communications and Google Business presence.
- Coordinate client-related marketing activities and keep projects, requests, and deadlines moving.
- Receive and organize client requests related to charitable contributions and donations.
- Maintain clear records and follow through on administrative projects from start to finish.
- Communicate professionally with attorneys, clients, courts, and outside contacts.
- Balance multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy, confidentiality, and responsiveness.
Must-Haves as the Legal Assistant:
- 3+ years of relevant legal assistant, legal administrative, or comparable professional support experience.
- Strong proficiency working with PDF documents and tools.
- Strong PowerPoint skills, including the ability to create, edit, and format professional presentations.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to independently manage multiple requests and deadlines.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfort learning and managing digital platforms such as Mailchimp and Google Business.
- High attention to detail and sound judgment when handling confidential information.
- Ability to work fully on-site in Camp Hill, PA.
Nice-to-Haves as the Legal Assistant:
