- Carrying out the initial analysis of claims received by FIFA via the Legal Portal and ensuring the completeness of case files.
- Supporting other members of the Disputes team in the preparation of case files for decision by the FIFA Football Tribunal.
- Assisting the Disputes team in their daily administrative and business activities.
- Handling of administrative matters, such as drafting communications based on pre-existing templates, ensuring deadlines are met, and addressing queries from interested parties.

- University degree; degree in law, legal studies or related field an asset
- Good planning and organizational skills
- Knowledge of basic principles of law
- Knowledge of sports law and, specifically, football law
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience with good administrative background
- Fluent in English
- Proficiency in Spanish and/or French
- Proficient in MS Office
- Experience with the Transfer Matching System (TMS), FIFA Legal Portal and/or JIRA an asset
- Detail-oriented
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
- Autonomy and excellence, positively impacting the efficiency and quality of work, resulting in an optimal service to stakeholders
