For Linklaters Warsaw, we are currently recruiting for the Legal & Risk eLearning Coordinator role.
About the Team
Join our global team responsible for coordinating the firm’s Legal & Risk eLearning training programme. Collaborating with teams such as Legal & Risk, Learning & Development, and Digital Learning, our team covers delivery, reporting, and continuous improvement of mandatory risk and compliance training.
Location
• Warsaw (hybrid model 2 days per week from the office)
Work arrangements
• Working hours: 9:30-17:45 and 10:30-18:45
• Contract type: 9-month contract of employment
You will be responsible for
• Leading and managing the annual Legal & Risk eLearning programme
• Supporting the Legal & Risk Learning Team with reports and presentations
• Collaborating with stakeholders across the firm
• Monitoring and reporting on compliance rates
• Drafting communications and responding to training queries
• Organising and chairing meetings with stakeholders
• Ongoing administrative activities and support for various processes of the Legal and Risk team
• Assisting with additional learning initiatives
Apply if you
• Are organised and detail-oriented
• Have 1+ year experience in corporate environment in the area of training or projects
• Have experience in building and implementing internal training programs
• Demonstrate strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Are proficient with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel
• Possess strong interpersonal and teamwork abilities incl. ability to collaborate effectively with employees at all levels within the organization
• Show initiative and can prioritise efficiently
