Job Details:
Title: Legal Analyst - Tax
Location: Carrollton, TX
Duration: 6 month (may extend)
Responsibilities:
• Research, interpret, apply, and document sales, use, and other special tax laws and regulations changes.
• Monitor statutes, regulations, legislative activity, court decisions, and tax publications to stay abreast of changes in laws and regulations
• Correspond with state and local tax authorities.
• Develop and analyze test cases for tax compliance.
Education Required:
• Juris Doctor
• Ability to utilize online research tools (e.g. RIA Checkpoint, Lexis-Nexis, CCH Intelliconnect)
