Prysmian is seeking a senior‑level manager reporting to the Legal Affairs VP to operate at the heart of its global legal function, supporting complex and high level negotiations and business initiatives across jurisdictions of the group.

This role sits at Group level, based in Milan, and it requires an experienced legal professional with the authority, judgment, and technical depth to support cross‑border M&A and strategic transactions, lead complex litigation, including in the field of antitrust public and private enforcement and negotiate commercial contracts for complex international projects, while acting as a trusted advisor to senior management.

Your role

  • Lead and oversee litigations, arbitrations, disputes and authorities‑led investigations, with strong exposure to antitrust public and private enforcement

  • Define legal strategy on high‑risk, high‑value matters, coordinating top‑tier external counsel and advisors worldwide

  • Act as the primary legal interface for senior leadership and business stakeholders on contentious and strategic issues

  • Support cross‑border M&A, JVs and strategic transactions, from due diligence through signing and closing

  • Lead negotiation of complex international project and commercial contracts, safeguarding Group risk and exposure

  • Provide clear, authoritative legal judgment in fast‑moving, sensitive and pressurized contexts

Your experience

  • Senior legal professional with 10+ years’ experience in top‑tier law firms and/or complex multinational environments

  • Strong track record in litigation, investigations, transactions and complex negotiations

  • Recognised for sound judgment, autonomy and credibility with C‑level and senior stakeholders

  • International mindset, highly analytical, pragmatic and business‑oriented

  • Fluent English required; willingness to operate globally

This is a high‑visibility, high‑impact role, suited to a senior legal manager ready to operate as a strategic partner at Group level within a global industrial leader.

  • Job Level/Category in line with the applicable collective agreement.  
  • Gross annual salary no less than: € 80.000
  • The position is eligible for an individual or collective variable incentive based on the achievement of predetermined performance objectives

  • 10+ years' experience in top-tier law firms and/or complex multinational environments
  • Proven track record in litigation, investigations, transactions and complex negotiations
