We are looking for an experienced and proactive Legal
Advisor to join our team!
- Support the development and implementation of legal
strategies and procedures to ensure compliance and mitigate risks.
- Provide legal assistance during negotiations with
clients on strategic projects.
- Advise and collaborate on contractual matters,
including drafting and negotiating agreements with clients and suppliers.
- Conduct legal research to monitor changes in
legislation and their impact on the company's operations.
- Offer legal guidance on corporate law, labor relations,
and compliance matters.
- Participate in managing intellectual property matters,
including trademarks, patents, and copyrights.
- Assist in delivering training sessions on compliance
procedures for employees.
- Provide actionable legal advice to the management team
and other departments.
- Bachelor’s degree in Law.
- Experience in corporate law, labor relations,
compliance, and contract management.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to
prioritize and manage multiple projects effectively.
- Exceptional attention to detail and analytical
problem-solving capabilities.
- A strategic mindset with well-developed decision-making
abilities.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English.
- Excellent knowledge of labor law is an advantage.

Skills Required
