About The Role

As a Legal Administrative Specialist, you will provide administrative support to Amartha Group’s (“Company”) Legal & Compliance team members.


Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining an efficient file management system and controlling confidential materials
  • Supporting corporate legal in maintaining originals and soft copies of the Company’s internal and external contracts and powers of attorney
  • Supporting corporate secretary in maintaining originals and soft copies of the Company’s licenses and corporate documents
  • Supporting litigation in maintaining originals and soft copies of the court filings and coordinating hearings
  • Handling mails and electronic communications from third parties or regulators and managing the follow ups by the Legal & Compliance team
  • Managing, preparing, and reminding the Head and Lead(s) of their schedule, meeting, and other work appointments, including reservations and accommodation's arrangement
  • Managing travel arrangements for Legal & Compliance team
  • Managing reimbursements for the Head and Lead(s) via asana digital platform
  • Managing approval for reimbursements from the Head for Legal & Compliance team
  • Handling administrative work related to the Legal & Compliance team
  • Providing regular updates to the Head and Lead(s)
Requirements
  • Minimum education diploma all majors with at least 4 years of experience in secretarial field, preferably from lawfirm(s) or professional services form or fintech office(s).
  • Effective interpersonal skills and the ability to learn quickly.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Fluent in English, specifically writing and speaking.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, etc.
  • Ability to work cooperatively with others.
  • Strong multitasking and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
