At Slide, we believe strong operations drive exceptional outcomes. As a Legal Administrative Manager, you’ll play a critical role in leading administrative support for our Legal team—ensuring efficiency, consistency, and high-quality service in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
What You’ll Do- Lead day-to-day legal administrative operations to ensure efficient workflows and high-quality support
- Partner with legal leadership to align staffing, priorities, and operational objectives
- Manage, coach, and develop administrative teams to drive performance and engagement
- Oversee workload distribution and resource allocation to meet deadlines and department needs
- Support hiring, onboarding, and training to build a strong, scalable team
- Monitor metrics and operational trends to improve service delivery and efficiency
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in legal or administrative setting
- 5+ years supporting legal operations in a law firm or legal department environment
- 3+ years of leadership experience managing administrative or operational staff
- Strong understanding of legal workflows and administrative support functions
- Proven ability to manage priorities, allocate resources, and drive operational efficiency
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail
