This is an entry level role that will assist the Enverus legal team with various administrative tasks and help ensure they can efficiently complete their duties. Legal Administrator responsibilities include preparing and editing documents, and collecting signatures. You will work closely with the Enverus sales team to help engage with Enverus customers and assist the customer contracting process. Ultimately, you will work with various Enverus employees, customers, and vendors while helping the Enverus legal team do their duties as efficiently and effectively as possible.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Enverus legal team on their primary duties
- Drafting, editing, and reviewing Enverus customer contracts and other legal documents
- Respond to requests from Enverus team members
Competitive Candidate Profile:
- Experience or interest in law, logic, grammar, philosophy, and justice
- Aptitude for reading, organizing, analyzing, editing, and filing
- Critical thinking
- Attention to detail
- Comfortable using online applications like Microsoft Office and Salesforce.com
- Flexible schedule with a commitment to engage with our worldwide team
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
This role is eligible for: Variable Compensation
Salary Range: 15.00 per hour + bonus
