Learning Transformation Consultant - Senior Principal- German speaking role

Location: Germany (Remote/Hybrid)

We are looking for experienced consultants with expertise in one or more of the following areas:

• Learning Managed Services
• Upskilling & Reskilling Strategy
• Learning Systems Integration (SI)

As part of our growing Workforce Transformation practice, we are seeking senior leaders to help shape, sell, and deliver large-scale learning transformation programmes for global organizations.

As a Senior Principal, you will combine strategic advisory, business development, and delivery leadership to help clients transform how they develop skills, enable workforce readiness, and drive business performance. You will play a key role in expanding our Learning Transformation offering while leading complex engagements and building lasting executive relationships.

• Lead sales pursuits and business development activities for complex learning transformation opportunities.
• Shape client solutions, proposals, and commercial models that address workforce transformation challenges.
• Build trusted relationships with senior Learning, Talent, HR, and Business stakeholders.
• Collaborate across Infosys Consulting, Infosys Ltd, and BPM teams to position learning within broader business and technology transformation programmes.
• Contribute to market visibility through thought leadership, client events, and go-to-market initiatives.

• Lead large-scale learning transformation programmes from strategy through execution.
• Act as an executive sponsor for client engagements, ensuring delivery excellence and strong client outcomes.
• Manage global, cross-functional teams and delivery partners across complex transformation environments.
• Ensure effective governance, risk management, quality assurance, and continuous improvement across client portfolios.
• Drive innovation in learning design, delivery, and managed services models.

• Advise clients on emerging trends in workforce transformation, including AI-enabled learning, skills intelligence, digital learning experiences, and Learning-as-a-Service models.
• Support the development of frameworks, methodologies, and assets that strengthen Infosys Consulting's learning transformation capabilities.
• Develop and maintain strategic partnerships across the learning technology ecosystem, including LMS, LXP, skills, and talent platforms.

• Lead, coach, and develop consulting teams to deliver high-quality outcomes.
• Create an environment that encourages innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning.
• Establish and promote best practices, delivery standards, and operational excellence across the practice.
• Support talent development through coaching, mentoring, and constructive feedback.
• Champion a culture aligned with Infosys Consulting's values of Inclusion, Leadership, Integrity, Fairness, and Excellence.

• 10+ years of experience within Learning, Talent, Workforce Transformation, HR Transformation, or Management Consulting.
• Proven success leading and selling large-scale learning transformation programmes.
• Strong understanding of modern learning ecosystems, digital learning technologies, and enterprise learning operating models.
• Experience leading global, cross-functional teams in complex client environments.
• Strong executive presence with the ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders and C-suite leaders.
• Commercially minded, with the ability to connect learning investments to business outcomes.
• Strong consulting, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills in German and English.

• Experience in Learning Managed Services, Upskilling & Reskilling, or Learning Systems Integration.
• Experience working with learning technology providers, LMS/LXP platforms, and skills intelligence solutions.
• Experience selling and delivering consulting-led transformation programmes.
• Relevant degree or postgraduate qualification in Learning, Education, HR, Psychology, Organizational Development, Technology, or a related field.
• Passion for the future of learning, including AI, data-driven talent strategies, and human-centred design.
