About the Role
As part of our growing Workforce Transformation practice, we are seeking senior leaders to help shape, sell, and deliver large-scale learning transformation programmes for global organizations.
As a Senior Principal, you will combine strategic advisory, business development, and delivery leadership to help clients transform how they develop skills, enable workforce readiness, and drive business performance. You will play a key role in expanding our Learning Transformation offering while leading complex engagements and building lasting executive relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Growth
- Lead sales pursuits and business development activities for complex learning transformation opportunities.
- Shape client solutions, proposals, and commercial models that address workforce transformation challenges.
- Build trusted relationships with senior Learning, Talent, HR, and Business stakeholders.
- Collaborate across Infosys Consulting, Infosys Ltd, and BPM teams to position learning within broader business and technology transformation programmes.
- Contribute to market visibility through thought leadership, client events, and go-to-market initiatives.
Client Delivery & Engagement Leadership
- Lead large-scale learning transformation programmes from strategy through execution.
- Act as an executive sponsor for client engagements, ensuring delivery excellence and strong client outcomes.
- Manage global, cross-functional teams and delivery partners across complex transformation environments.
- Ensure effective governance, risk management, quality assurance, and continuous improvement across client portfolios.
- Drive innovation in learning design, delivery, and managed services models.
Learning Strategy & Innovation
- Advise clients on emerging trends in workforce transformation, including AI-enabled learning, skills intelligence, digital learning experiences, and Learning-as-a-Service models.
- Support the development of frameworks, methodologies, and assets that strengthen Infosys Consulting's learning transformation capabilities.
- Develop and maintain strategic partnerships across the learning technology ecosystem, including LMS, LXP, skills, and talent platforms.
People & Practice Leadership
- Lead, coach, and develop consulting teams to deliver high-quality outcomes.
- Create an environment that encourages innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning.
- Establish and promote best practices, delivery standards, and operational excellence across the practice.
- Support talent development through coaching, mentoring, and constructive feedback.

Skills & Experience
Required
- 10+ years of experience within Learning, Talent, Workforce Transformation, HR Transformation, or Management Consulting.
- Proven success leading and selling large-scale learning transformation programmes.
- Strong understanding of modern learning ecosystems, digital learning technologies, and enterprise learning operating models.
- Experience leading global, cross-functional teams in complex client environments.
- Strong executive presence with the ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders and C-suite leaders.
- Commercially minded, with the ability to connect learning investments to business outcomes.
- Strong consulting, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills in German and English.
Preferred
- Experience in Learning Managed Services, Upskilling & Reskilling, or Learning Systems Integration.
- Experience working with learning technology providers, LMS/LXP platforms, and skills intelligence solutions.
- Experience selling and delivering consulting-led transformation programmes.
- Relevant degree or postgraduate qualification in Learning, Education, HR, Psychology, Organizational Development, Technology, or a related field.
- Passion for the future of learning, including AI, data-driven talent strategies, and human-centred design.
