Salary Range:$100,000 USD - $125,000 USD

Specific compensation will be based on candidate’s experience, skills, qualifications, commercial considerations, and other job-related factors permitted by law. At Russell Investments, salary is just one part of our compensation package. Job Description:

Our Human Resources team is seeking a Learning & Talent Development Partner to help design, deliver, and scale impactful learning experiences across Russell Investments. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building programs from the ground up, facilitating engaging training sessions, and curating high-quality learning content that supports associate and manager growth. 

You will play a key role in shaping how our associates learn and develop, partnering closely with HR Business Partners and business leaders to build programs that strengthen manager capability, support performance and talent cycles, and elevate talent across the firm. 

This is a hands-on, end-to-end role with ownership across design, delivery, and continuous improvement of learning programs. 

What You’ll Do 

Design, Build, and Curate Learning Programs 

  • Design and develop learning programs that enhance manager and leadership capability (e.g., goal setting, feedback, performance reviews, coaching) and strengthen client-facing skills (presentation, communication, sales) 

  • Curate high-quality learning content using platforms such as LinkedIn Learning, external vendors, and internal subject matter experts  

  • Create practical learning guides, toolkits, and resources that support key talent processes and performance cycles  

  • Source, organize, and deliver access to technical training (e.g., Excel, Python, Snowflake, Agile), leveraging platforms like Pluralsight, DataCamp, and external vendors to make skill-building accessible and actionable 

  • Build and maintain accessible learning hubs (e.g., SharePoint) to improve usability of content  

Facilitate and Deliver Training 

  • Facilitate engaging training sessions across virtual and in-person formats including:    

  • Training sessions and workshops for managers, ensuring content is practical, relevant, and actionable  

  • Behavioral and communication programs (e.g., DiSC) to build self-awareness and team effectiveness 

  • Continuously refine content, delivery and materials based on feedback and learning insights 

Program Management & Operations (End-to-End Ownership) 

  • Manage the full lifecycle of learning programs, including scheduling, communications, enrollment tracking, feedback, and reporting  

  • Partner with external vendors to source, and deliver training programs  

  • Maintain learning systems (e.g., LMS platforms), including uploading content and coordinating with internal stakeholders  

Partner on Talent and Development 

  • Collaborate with HR Business Partners and business leaders to align learning programs with business needs and talent priorities  

  • Support initiatives related to talent development, succession planning, and manager effectiveness  

  • Contribute to a culture of continuous learning by identifying gaps and proposing new solutions  

Associate Resource Groups 

  • Provide coordination and administrative support for global Associate Resource Groups, including scheduling, communications, and program tracking  

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with regional ARG leaders to stay informed on local priorities and activities, ensure consistent two-way communication, and drive alignment and connection across regions on global themes. 

What You Bring 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Education, or related field  

  • 5+ years of experience in learning & development, HR, program coordination, or a related role  

  • Experience building and delivering, or supporting, learning programs (formal or informal)  

  • Experience coordinating programs or projects with multiple stakeholders 

  • Experience of working in a highly matrixed global environment preferred  

Skills & Capabilities 

  • Ability to design, curate, and structure learning content for diverse audiences  

  • Strong facilitation skills or a clear interest in developing them  

  • Strong organizational skills and comfortable managing complex logistics, scheduling (across global time zones), and program details  

  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify learning gaps, analyze root causes, and develop practical, scalable solutions 

  • Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills, including creating guides and internal communications  

  • Proficient with Microsoft Teams, PowerPoint, Excel, and SharePoint  

  • Familiarity with learning platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Learning, Workday Learning, DataCamp, or similar) preferred 

  • Experience with DiSC, Behavior Styles, MBTI, or other behavior-based assessments preferred  

  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution
