The Global Learning Services teams focus on executing system data maintenance and administrative activities in Cornerstone and all relevant Learning management systems as well as providing all necessary non-systems related Learning process support. Global Learning Services provides customer service and advisory support to the Learning Community and business partners on global Learning systems and processes and ensuring end-to-end process completion in line with customer focused principles to ensure the Roche People Practices work for the business.
The Opportunity:
As a Learning Systems & Solutions Analyst you work closely with internal Global Learning Services, People Support Solutions, Learning IT staff, business leaders and Learning system vendors to effectively meet the Learning technology needs of the organization. Partner with global and local counterparts to represent business needs within the larger global People Support Solutions organization on behalf of Global Learning Services and the wider Learning community. Your responsibilities include supporting and maintaining of the Cornerstone On Demand system, in addition to other interfaced systems used within the People Support Solutions organization and Learning community.
Serve as a technical/functional point-of-contact for Global Learning Services teams and related business groups. Work with other Technology Analysts, Learning Service Advisors, the Learning Center of Excellence and Global Learning Services teams on the development of new enhanced functionality requests, which includes reviewing enhancements and functionality provided by Cornerstone and other HR Technology/HRIS systems. May require development of training materials/content including coordination and execution.
Perform varied and complex tasks associated with the support of Roche’s Cornerstone system, as well as support and provide system administration on other learning related systems, i.e. case management system.
Serve as subject matter expert and provide support to the Learning Center of Excellence and Global Learning Services with a focus on business processes and application support activities including release management, application optimization, system role assignments/access, and incident & problem resolution, gathering requirements and specifications from users, creating specification documents, work with HR, the Learning community and IT teams to configure enhancements in system, and serves as linkage to IT for technical enhancements and investigations.
Provide troubleshooting support and resolution for People Support Solutions as appropriate for system related issues (i.e. Cornerstone, ServiceNow)
Partner with local and global teams on the implementation of new systems and initiatives across People Support Solutions
Support the development of training content and delivery as needed and ensure consistent and reliable service delivery for customers serviced and implement processes and initiatives to ensure continuous improvement as well as service enhancement.
Ensure end to end ownership of resolution, operations according to defined KPIs and SLAs, and ensure regulatory compliance in line with the countries, customers, and regulations.
Collaborate with peers within the region and globally to ensure the People Support Solutions network provides consistent and effective services to our customers and achieve our People Support Solutions vision by driving global consistency through collaboration.
Who you are:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Human Resources or a related field or equivalent with 2+ years’ experience as Learning Analyst, HRIS Analyst, HR Business Analyst, or similar role
Prior Learning Management System support experience or equivalent
Experience in gathering and documenting end-user requirements, in developing and executing end-user training and experience in creating ‘use case’ test cases and organizing and executing system testing
Fluent in English required, additional languages a plus (i.e. German, French, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese, Chinese)
Experience effectively working in a matrix organization across geographies and divisions.
