The Learning Systems Administrator plays a pivotal role in shaping a seamless, technology-driven learning experience for our workforce. This position manages and optimizes our learning technology ecosystem, ensuring employees have access to high-quality, engaging, and compliant learning opportunities that drive career development and organizational capability building.
You will be the go-to expert for Workday Learning (our primary LMS), while also overseeing integrations with Questionmark, Accredible, Percipio, and SharePoint. Leveraging tools like Power BI and Smartsheets, you’ll deliver actionable insights through dashboards and analytics to measure program effectiveness and learner engagement.

Location: Candidates must currently reside in the Eastern or Central time zones of the continental United States, with close proximity to a major airport. Role is Hybrid: Candidates must have the ability to travel approx. 1 time a quarter, including to our Indianapolis, Indiana Central Office.

- Administer and maintain Workday Learning, including course setup, curricula, notifications, and assignments.
- Manage integrations and functionality for best user experience.
- Upload, organize, and maintain learning content (SCORM, xAPI, videos, documents).
- Partner with instructional designers and training specialists to create and manage assessments in Questionmark.
- Design and issue digital badges and certificates through Accredible, ensuring brand consistency.
- Maintain SharePoint learning intranet pages and course catalogs.
- Monitor system performance and collaborate with IT and HRIS for enhancements.
- Develop dashboards and reports using Power BI or Smartsheet to track learning metrics and program performance.
- Evaluate tools and opportunities to automate and enhance learning experiences.
- Create and maintain learning-focused dashboards and reports for leadership.
- Track engagement, completion rates, and credential issuance.
- Apply learning analytics to measure program effectiveness and learner engagement.
- Provide technical support and manage tickets for Workday Learning and related platforms.
- Troubleshoot technical issues across multiple systems, including third-party integrations.
- Ensure data accuracy for learning records and compliance reporting.
- Education: Associate’s degree in HR, Learning & Development, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Experience:
- 3+ years in learning systems administration; direct experience with Workday Learning highly preferred.
- Advanced report-writing skills in Workday preferred.
- Familiarity with SharePoint, Power BI, Smartsheets, LinkedIn Learning, Questionmark, and Accredible.
- Certifications: Workday Pro Learning Certification preferred.
- Technical Skills:
- Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn new systems quickly.
- Experience with SCORM/xAPI file formats and LMS integrations.
- Proficiency in reporting and analytics tools.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication, problem-solving, and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
