We are seeking a passionate senior Training Specialist with seasoned experience in corporate insurance sales to join our team! In this role, you will plan and manage a continuous training roadmap that includes both in-person and virtual sessions, ensuring our company’s Sales agents stay updated with industry trends and adult learning philosophies.

Your expertise in technical commercial insurance product wordings and coverages will support our Sales, Underwriting, and Claims teams. Additionally, you will assess new agents to help Sales management identify current skills and areas for future development. We want your talent

If you are great at:

• Providing an inspiring, engaging onboarding training experience for new Sales Agents through our Commercial Producer School (CPS).

• Planning and managing a continuous training roadmap for new and existing agents encompassing both facilitator and virtually lead sessions.

• Providing ‘subject matter expertise’ for technical commercial insurance product wordings & coverages for the design of our specialized training material

• Collaborating with cross functional teams across the entire Organization

• Drafting and publishing internal technical communication on programs, product wordings and commercial insurance coverage

If you have:

• Post secondary education or a minimum of 5+ years related work experience or demonstrated successful Sales selling experience with sound technical knowledge.

• Demonstrated successful Sales trainer/facilitator experience is an asset.

• Instructional design and adult learning concepts are an asset.

• Bilingual (French/English) is an asset
