We’re seeking a Learning Solutions Consultant at the mid to senior level—someone with proven experience in instructional design and a passion for driving innovative learning solutions. • Design engaging learning experiences using adult learning principles and industry best practices.
• Develop learning objectives, content outlines, activities, and assessments tailored to client needs.
• Partner with Subject Matter Experts, Project Managers, and the EHS Consulting Team to deliver high-impact solutions.
• Create interactive online content using tools like Articulate Storyline and similar platforms.
• Revise and enhance existing content for maximum learner engagement.
• Drive business development through networking, lead generation, and proposal creation.

• 6+ years of Instructional Design experience with e-learning and instructor-led training (mid-level candidates with strong skills are encouraged to apply).
• Strong knowledge of adult learning theory, training models, and evaluation methods.
• Experience with VR, AR, game development, and multimedia design.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and lead remote teams.
• Business development experience or a strong interest in growing client relationships.
• Technical skills: JavaScript (required), HTML5/CSS (preferred), and familiarity with Articulate Suite.
• Bonus: EHS knowledge, animation experience, and graphic design skills.

The salary for this position at mid level can range from $98,400 - 135,300 USD annually.

The salary for this position at senior level can range from $106,500 - 156,200 USD annually.

Actual compensation is based on various factors, including but not limited to the candidate’s competencies, level of experience, education, location, divisional budget, and internal peer compensation comparisons.
