Join Nokia’s GenAI team within Technology Development Solutions and help build next‑generation AI tools that transform how 40,000+ employees learn and work.
As a Learning Development AI Specialist, you’ll design and develop AI‑powered applications, integrate LLM technologies, and shape innovative learning solutions used across the company
- Develop AI‑powered tools, features, and internal applications
- Build full‑stack components (frontend + backend) for GenAI solutions
- Integrate LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Llama, etc.) and Nokia AI infrastructure
- Create prototypes and POCs for new AI/ML use cases
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to refine requirements
- Deploy and maintain cloud/on‑prem AI solutions
- Support stakeholders with technical guidance and solution design
- Contribute to continuous innovation and team best practices
- 1–2 years software development experience (full‑stack preferred)
- Strong skills in JavaScript, HTML/CSS, and frameworks (Node.js, React, Next.js)
- Experience using LLM APIs and prompt engineering
- Basic understanding of AI/ML concepts
- Good communication, problem‑solving, and learning agility
Nice‑to‑have
- Experience with RAG, vector databases, or fine‑tuning models
- Cloud/Azure, Docker/Kubernetes, or CI/CD knowledge
- Python backend experience
- Prior work on enterprise AI applications
- Familiarity with MLOps or microservices
