Professional Learning at the International Baccalaureate aims to transform educator practice in order to impact student learning. Our constructivist and inquiry–based approach is enhanced through our design thinking process. Our products and services are delivered to a global community of educators.
The Production Associate Manager plays a pivotal role in managing the production of our Professional Learning products by organizing internal and external team members to ensure products are developed and delivered on schedule. This role ensures effective product tracking, systems implementation, and collaboration with the Professional Learning team.
- Manage the development and delivery of Professional Learning products across multiple projects
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, including SMEs, designers, and external vendors
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and dashboards
- Identify and manage risks to ensure delivery on time and within budget
- Facilitate project meetings and stakeholder engagement
- Oversee contracts and relationships with external consultants and vendors
- Monitor product quality and ensure adherence to standards
- Support onboarding and training of project contributors
- Drive continuous improvement of processes and workflows
- Track budgets and provide updates to senior stakeholders
- Project management or production management experience within complex environments
- Experience delivering learning or educational content at scale
- Project management and organisational skills
- Experience working in matrix or cross-functional teams
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively
- Experience with Agile methodologies is desirable
