Where You'll Make a Difference
Develop, maintain, and continuously enhance dashboards, reports, and visualizations that provide insight into learning participation, completion, engagement, effectiveness, and talent development trends.
Analyze data from multiple sources, including Workday Learning, Human Resources systems, learning technologies, survey tools, and other business platforms.
Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights and recommendations for Human Resources, business leaders, and key stakeholders.
Support the design and implementation of learning measurement and evaluation strategies, including program effectiveness, learner feedback, behavior change indicators, and business outcomes.
Conduct ad hoc analyses to support leadership requests, strategic initiatives, workforce development priorities, and continuous improvement efforts.
Identify opportunities to automate reporting processes, improve data governance practices, and increase operational efficiency.
Support the administration of Workday Learning, including courses, learning programs, campaigns, learning paths, enrollments, assignments, and audiences.
Monitor and maintain learning data quality, ensuring accurate reporting, learner records, completion tracking, and system integrity.
Partner with stakeholders to optimize the learner and administrator experience through process improvements and system enhancements.
What Makes You the Right Fit
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Learning & Development, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
Proven experience in data analytics, business intelligence, reporting, dashboard development, or workforce analytics.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data modeling, pivot tables, formulas, lookups, charting, and analytical techniques.
Experience building dashboards and visualizations using Power BI or similar business intelligence platforms.
Strong presentation skills, including the ability to develop professional and impactful PowerPoint presentations.
Experience supporting Learning Management Systems, learning operations, Human Resources technologies, or related platforms.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking capabilities with a high level of attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple priorities while working independently and collaboratively across diverse stakeholder groups.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts and data-driven insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.
