Job Description

The Learning Partner serves in a critical role to support the delivery of learning experiences and resources that drive OneHUB performance and strategy. The Learning Partner will take the lead on skill gap analysis, project planning, and stakeholder & SME partnerships, to deliver transformative learning solutions to the business. This multifaceted role interacts with employees, vendors, business leaders, and SMEs regularly to support our overall development strategy. We seek a team member who will take initiative and proactively plan ahead to meet current and anticipated needs. The right individual has a polished professional presence, is an expert facilitator, and can use data to confidently make decisions and quickly take action. This person should be highly skilled at project management and be able to lead multiple projects simultaneously and build relationships with the business.

Responsibilities:

•Lead development/learning solutions through curation and performance cycle alignment of enterprise learning solutions and facilitate training to deliver development and performance results.

•Coordinate efforts across Learning & Training team and business stakeholders to provide appropriate learning solutions. Own evaluation for learning solutions and communicate data clearly.

•Develop and manage content, communications, and operations of specific business training programs. Lead scheduling and alignment to performance cycle of learning solutions.

•Serve as subject matter expert on learning solutions, partner with leaders on needs, determine learning and development objectives, present learning solution options to support business development, and help drive leader and team performance.

•Manage multiple projects and events to deliver learning solutions using adult learning best practices to establish and maintain training from design to evaluation and execution. Be the lead person to oversee, troubleshoot, and make decisions that lead to critical project outcomes. Assumes responsibility for project quality and integrity.

•Establish and maintain strong relationships with OneHUB leaders, department heads, and SMEs. Lead the onboarding and integration of business new hire and facilitators.

•Develop and facilitate innovative and engaging presentations as needed. Partner with other team members to ensure logistics for learning solutions (ILT and VILT) are well executed. Create learning delivery calendar and support launch.

Qualifications

•Bachelor’s Degree required in a related field (Learning and Development, Organizational Development, or Adult Education). Advanced degree preferred. 5+ years of related experience required.

• Strong consulting skills and experience working with stakeholders to determine needs and provide solutions to address those needs.

•Strong relationship and collaboration skills required. Ability to communicate well and influence all levels of the organization.

•Previous experience with adult learning theory and learning related technologies required.

•Able to work independently and make quick and accurate decisions. Previous experience demonstrating initiative and innovation.

•Ability to present ideas and data in engaging and concise written and oral presentations. Master at managing multiple projects simultaneously with an eye for detail.

•Strong preference for candidates with pharmaceutical experience
